The Registration and Examination Division is primarily responsible for admission, registration and examination related activities of the students. Furthermore, division is also looking after following activities:
Placement of students to strategic organizations
Coordination with campuses
Financial assistance to needy students
Coordination with different organizations providing scholarships to PIEAS students
Events that are recently arranged/participated by the division are given below,
activities may or may not be arranged within PIEAS premises.

Activities in Registration and Examination Division expand throughout the year,
starting from student admission till his final degree.
Students get admitted and registered each year around July/August.
Course Registration is performed by student in first week of each Semester.
Students Semester-wise attendance, result and fee records are maintained.
Yearly activities time wise schedule is prepared and distributed to concerned.
Semester wise examination results are compiled and notified.
Degrees are awarded at the end of degree in convocation by the Chief Guest.
Gold Medals and Merit Certificates for bright students are prepared.
Convocation is arranged on yearly basis to distribute degrees to students.
Interviews of MS students for posting in strategic organizations are arranged.
Campuses (NIAB-C, NIBGE-C, KINPOE-C, NILOP-C) RED related activities are regulated.
Need and Merit based scholarships are regulated by the division.
